Casto Names Manager at New Lifestyle Center
Columbus, Ohio — Lewis Taulbee recently joined the Casto organization as Manager of Deerfield Towne Center, an exciting new lifestyle center currently under construction on Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason, Ohio. In his new position, Taulbee will oversee all administration, marketing and operations of Deerfield Towne Center. Taulbee's background includes more than 15 years in retail, hotel and commercial property management. Prior to joining Casto, he was General Manager of a 1.3 million square foot super regional shopping center anchored by Sears, JCPenney and Lazarus and was previously manager of Greater Cincinnati's Tri-County Mall. Taulbee earned a degree in business from Northern Kentucky University. He is licensed in real estate and is an active member of the Building and Owners Management Association (BOMA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Located in one of northeast Cincinnati's most affluent and desirable communities, Deerfield Towne Center is projected to open in July, 2004 and contains 415,472 square feet of retail, including Talbot's, Borders Books & Music, Wild Oats, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Panera Bread. It is a joint project with Jeffrey A. Anderson Real Estate, Inc., a nationally prominent developer of lifestyle centers based in Cincinnati.
