- The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in partnership with the CCIM Sarasota chapter and MFCRE (My Florida Commercial Real Estate) announce a restaurant panel and program open to all ICSC members and general public

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), in conjunction with the local CCIM chapter and MFCRE (My Florida Commercial Real Estate), announced today a program taking place Thursday, October 20th, 2011 at the Polo Grill and Bar, located at 10670 Boardwalk Loop in Lakewood Ranch.
“Retail FOOD Tenants are HOT” is the topic where panelists including Steve Brown, VP of Development at Applebees, Mark Caragiulo, President of Caragiulos Restaurant, Sean Murphy, Founder of Eat Here Restaurant, Jim Sullivan, Real Estate Manager of Burger 21 and Melting Pot, Bill Uradnik, Real Estate Manager of Beef O Brady’s and Bill Whitiker, Founder of Press 101, will be sharing thoughts on expansion plans, new concepts and future prototypes for existing restaurants.
“Not only will this program create business models of interest, but our program plans to provide services and a great networking experience as well,” commented Paul Rutledge, Vice President at CASTO and Sarasota ICSC Program Co-Chair.
