Locally, REI granted the Hamilton County Parks Foundation and Cincinnati Parks Foundation with $10,000 each to support stewardship efforts in and around the Cincinnati area. The company also provided a $20,000 grant to Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, part of which strengthens Cincinnati’s Little Miami Scenic Trail.

The store will also provide shop services for bikes and a seasonal gear rental department. Store hours will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
