Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. (Anderson), a pioneer in the Lifestyle/Open Air Center format, together with CASTO, one of the countrys leading real estate companies, announced today that increased leasing activity during the last six months brings the center to 99% occupancy with the addition of new Carhartt, J.Crew Factory and Rally House stores. Additionally, negotiations are underway to lease the only remaining 1,500 s.f. space at Rookwood, which will achieve full occupancy at the center located at Edwards and Madison Roads in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Rookwood location of Carhartt is the companys first company-owned retail store in Ohio. The 4,260 s.f. Carhartt store, located in the space formerly occupied by The Childrens Place, carries mens, womens and kids apparel, including mens Series 1889 denim, ripstop and twill work wear along with retail exclusive products including woven tops, tees, sweats, and washed twill and denim.
J.Crew Factory will occupy the 6,480 s.f. space formerly occupied by Coldwater Creek. The store will offer fun, easy-to-wear womens, mens and childrens apparel pieces as well as shoes and accessories available exclusively at J.Crew Factory stores.
Rally House Rookwood opened its doors on July 13, 2014 and is the companys second store in Cincinnati. The Rookwood store occupies 8,500 square feet next to DSW and offers an expansive selection of apparel (t-shirts, hats, jerseys, jackets), gifts and home dcor representing local college and professional sports.
Offering the most unique shopping and dining destination in Cincinnati, Rookwood is conveniently located just five minutes from downtown.
