CASTO, one of the Country's leading real estate development and services firm, announced today exciting activity taking place at Circleville Plaza shopping center, located on US-23 at Sperry Drive.
A 10,500 square foot in-line building is currently being constructed adjacent to the Buffalo Wild Wings retail building. The new shop space will host Rue 21, a popular retailer of young men and womens casual apparel and accessories, along with an AT&T Wireless store. An additional 3,200 square feet of tenant space remains available for lease. Rue 21 and AT&T are anticipated to open this summer.
As well, RW Earhart Company has purchased five acres of ground adjacent to Progress Parkway. Earhart is expected to commence construction of a propane distribution and office facility on the property soon.
Extension of Progress Parkway has created opportunity for new commercial development on approximately 100 acres within Pickaway County. "We're very appreciative to Pickaway County for the extension of Progress Parkway," stated Don Casto, Partner at CASTO. "Circleville Township and Pickaway County have been extremely instrumental throughout this process, and we're confident the Circleville community we serve will be pleased with the final result and exciting additions at Circleville Plaza," Casto added.
