CASTO Adds Renaissance Village and Stone Creek Village to its Growing Carolinas Portfolio

Columbus, OH — CASTO, one of the country's leading real estate organizations, recently purchased Renaissance Village in Durham, North Carolina and Stone Creek Village in Cary, North Carolina, adding 364,064 square feet of retail space to the company's retail portfolio in the Carolinas. ABOUT RENAISSANCE VILLAGE Renaissance Village, located at Interstate 40 and Renaissance Parkway in the Southpoint area of Durham, is a 296,645 square foot shopping center with national tenants including Michaels, HomeGoods and Petco. A 174,400 square foot Super Target, which is also located in the shopping center. ABOUT STONE CREEK VILLAGE Located at the intersection of High House Avenue and Davis Road in the growing area of Cary, North Carolina, Stone Creek Village currently consists of a 48,824 square foot Harris Teeter and two outparcel tenants including Chick-Fil-A and Walgreens, which total 18,595 square feet. The remaining shopping center space is under development and will include an additional 60,000 square feet of retail space. The center is located within close proximity to the future expansion of Interstate 540, which is the outerbelt for Raleight, and the world-renowned Triangle Research Park.
